As a tribute to Merle Haggard, Johnny Neel wanted to do his rendition of “That’s The Way Love Goes”, one of his all time favorite Merle Haggard songs. It was written by Lefty Frizzell but Merle brought life to it, like only Merle could do. Listen to Johnny’s version, as only Johnny can do. Hope

Johnny said “This song came over me when I was in Park City Utah. We were playing on at large ranch on 10 acres and there was a river running right through the middle of it. I was overcome by the sound and just the whole feeling of the environment.
